Personal Info
Aurore was born in Limoges in 1975 and travelled extensively before setting up Ferme Sinsac in 2019.
With a legal and accounting background, she worked for major international groups in the Netherlands from 2002 to 2018.
In 2019 she will resume her studies at the CFPPA agricultural college in Coulounieix Chamiers. The farming diploma focuses on organic market gardening, arboriculture and beekeeping.
