Discover our planting philosophy

  • 01. Agricultural land
Our farmland was either abandoned or almost dead: we're bringing it back to life using techniques that respect the soil and biodiversity.
  • 02. Organically grown trees
Our trees are organically grown and, wherever possible, purchased from local nurseries close to the site.
    to plant
  • 03. Diversified orchards
We take great care in selecting the species of trees we plant and we favour cross-pollination and old fruit varieties.
  • 04. Maintenance through pasteuralism
Our orchards are tended by our animals and travelling partners. We make very little use of tractors and fossil fuels.

We support the biodiversity from 2019 using permaculture techniques
