Where do you deliver?

You can have your order delivered to throughout mainland France, the countries Europe, North America and South America with our partner DPD.

Delivery times are 24-48 hours in France, 3 days in Europe and 5 days for the rest of the world.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs are displayed in your basket directly when you enter your delivery address.

You can choose from a range of services and carriers, with each fare tailored to your needs.

For purchases over €100 in France, delivery is free.

For purchases over €150 for the rest of the world, delivery is free.

Can I return one or more items?

We do not take back purchased items.

If your item arrived damaged in transit, take a photo of the parcel and the broken contents, and send it to us at our address: info@fermesinsac.com

The product has a defect, describe the defect and we will offer you a replacement. Send it to our address: info@fermesinsac.com
