Boisson Pétillante aux pêches sont sans alcool, récoltés et infusés avec du sucre de canne bio et du citron bio. Une fermentation naturelle s’opère ce qui lui confère de fines bulles. Un cocktail sans alcool avec un léger dépôt se forme naturellement.

Our peach trees are goblet trained with a natural tree shape and soft pruning in winter, we harvest from June to October and it is only at this time that we make our Pétillant. This seasonal product is healthy, has a delicate fragrance and contains all the beneficial properties of the Peach: improves digestion, strengthens the immune system, promotes weight loss, and has anti-inflammatory properties.
All our products are made and packaged at the Sinsac farm.
It's not Kombucha, it's not Kefir, it's the natural fermentation of flowers, plants and fruit. The bubbles form little by little thanks to the enzymes naturally contained in the flowers, plants and fruit and the organic cane sugar. They are fine and light. Good for the intestinal flora, this Pétillant contains 37g of sugar per 75cl bottle, giving it a delicious taste without excess sugar. Pétillants are ready to enjoy on the rocks or in cocktails. They contain no alcohol and are refreshing. Each flower and plant has its own beneficial properties. This traditional drink contains no added colourings, preservatives or Co2 and can be kept closed for 6 months. Once opened, put the cap back on the bottle, chill and consume quickly. The flowers, plants and fruit are grown on our agro-ecological land: a land full of life. We follow the seasons to bring you atypical, refreshing sparkling wines. You'll find a sparkling wine with mimosa flowers, lemon verbena, elderflowers, shiso (a delicate Japanese plant) and peach. We develop our range all year round to surprise you.
Our vegetables and fruit are grown on living soil without chemical fertilisers or pesticides and with respect for biodiversity.
