Description

An ecological hedge for birds and natural enemies, comprising 20 species of shrubs that are useful to wildlife and birds and decorative in all seasons.

Rural hedges act as natural barriers to hold back the soil and prevent mudflows during heavy winter rains. They are planted at the end of fields at the bottom of the plot.

The price includes: Bare-root scion, 18 to 24 months old, from local AB-labelled nurseries, planting on our land, mulching and maintenance of the tree for 20 years.

We plant the trees we buy on our land and we'll send you a carbon offsetting invoice showing where your trees have been planted.
