Our blackcurrants grow in our fields between our fruit trees, from July to September the plant is in fruit and it is only at this time that we make our P\u00e9tillant. This seasonal product is healthy and has a delicate fragrance.<\/p>\n

It's not Kombucha, it's not Kefir, it's the natural fermentation of flowers, plants and fruit. P\u00e9tillants are ready to enjoy on the rocks or in cocktails. They contain no alcohol and are refreshing. Each flower and plant has its own beneficial properties. This traditional drink contains no added colourings, preservatives or Co2 and can be kept closed for 6 months. Once opened, put the cap back on the bottle, chill and consume quickly.<\/p>\n
